How It Works Inside OJS

1. Navigate to AI Author Assistant under Workflow → Publication.
2. Paste or select the title, abstract, or any text you want to improve.
3. Choose an AI task: improve, summarize, rewrite, generate keywords, or translate.
4. Click Generate to produce AI-assisted results.
5. Apply the generated content to OJS fields with a single click.

Installation & Activation

After purchasing and downloading the plugin package, installation is quick and straightforward:

1. Log in to your OJS dashboard as a Journal Manager or Site Administrator.
2. Go to Website → Plugins.
3. Click Upload A New Plugin.
4. From the downloaded ZIP package, locate the included .tar.gz file.
5. Upload the .tar.gz file and complete the installation.
6. Enable GZAI Author Assistant from the Plugins list.

Once enabled, the AI Assistant is immediately available inside the OJS workflow. No core file changes or additional setup steps are required.
