2. Nature of Products

All products offered on this website are digital products including OJS themes, plugins, and related digital assets. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed through our online store and paid using secure payment methods provided by iyzico.
  • Prices are displayed on the product pages. Taxes may apply depending on the customer’s location and applicable laws.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment confirmation through iyzico, digital products (theme files, licenses, downloads) are delivered electronically, usually through a download link or customer account access.

5. License Terms

Each purchase includes a specific license type defined on the product page, such as Basic, Reader Experience, Pro, Premium, or Full License. All licenses are granted for use by the purchasing customer only.

  • Basic / Reader Experience / Pro / Premium Licenses: Valid for one domain unless otherwise stated.
  • Full License: Allows usage on up to five (5) domains. Domain binding and activation rules apply. Each domain may be reassigned or transferred once.

The customer is not allowed to redistribute, resell, repackage, or share the products or license keys without prior written permission.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Delivery Policy. Refunds are only provided in limited circumstances, such as non-delivery or unresolved technical issues related to the digital product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and complete contact and billing information.
  • Ensuring that their hosting environment meets the minimum technical requirements for our products.
  • Using the purchased products in accordance with the applicable license terms.
